Section 2: Payments & Refund Policy

Payment: You agree to pay the full amount presented at checkout. If a payment plan is offered and selected, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our courses and immediate access to materials, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please consider this carefully before purchasing.

No guarantees are made regarding specific parenting outcomes or results.

All content within this course—including videos, worksheets, downloads, guides, and branding—is the intellectual property of Gentle Healing Mom, LLC. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute course materials without permission.

Section 6: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your participation in the Services. Your use of the course materials is at your own risk.

Section 7: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter amicably. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hennepin County, MN, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
